• Background education from hotel academy or F&B production

• Experienced min 5 years as cook from catering Industry/ hotel/ hospital

• Experienced handling national cook and western cook

• Possess certification of quality control for foodstuff

• Experience as a Menu Planner in Catering/ Hotel Environment, restaurant chain, inflight catering

• High personal integrity

• Ability to communicate effectively in English

• Willingness to be placed in locations throughout Indonesia on rotation schedule

• Excellent health condition

• Pleasant disposition, self-motivated with good interpersonal skills
