The Management Team is supported by experienced Technical Advisors who provide guidance to the business on a day to day basis. These Technical Advisors are based in Indonesia and dedicated to the PTPBU business.
Joined PBU in 1996 and has served as Director since 2002. Prior to joining PBU, she served as financial Controller at PT Petrolog Utama Transcontinent and served as Finance and Accounting Manager at PT Bapindo Loka Sentra Leasing. Obtained a Bachelor of Economics majoring in Accounting from the University of Indonesia.
Eddy has been with PBU for more than 30 years with having started his career as a Chef before moving into HR and finally Operations. Eddy has a wealth of knowledge in the field of catering and his core expertise is mobilising and managing multiple complex operations.
Joined PBU in April 2014 and was appointed as the Head of Finance in December 2017. He has wide finance experience in controllership, treasury and analysis. Prior to his role, Stephanus was working at Kimberly-Clark Indonesia for 4 years and TNT Express Indonesia for 8 years.
Joined PBU since end of 2011 as part of Quality Assurance team under HSEQ department. She has extensive experience in management system and Quality Control/Assurance. Within the years, her work focus on development and improvement of integrated HSEQ management system effective implementation at every PBU project sites, whilst also improving HSEQ competency of employees,and HSEQ officers in paraticular, to achieve better HSEQ performance.
Joined PBU for 4 years and successfully develop supply chain strategies needed to make the organization more effective and efficient in achieving its business goals through negotiation and tender each year. Have more than 5 years of experience in the field of goods management and organisation in mining sector. Highly motivated to seek opportunities for growth!
Fadjar joined PBU in 2013 and has a Law degree. He has a good understanding of the labour laws within Indonesia including conflict resolution. Prior to joining PBU, Fadjar has had extensive work experience in the field of HR within the Mining Industry which directly complements PBU's business.
